The line is manufactured utilizing Swiss technology and the highest quality standards in materials and workmanship to accommodate bag capacities from 8 to 100 cubic feet and 1,000 to 4,000 lbs. Every phase of the manufacturing process takes place in our fully integrated company-owned factories starting with the extrusion of raw polypropylene pellets and finishing with the sewing operations.

Fabrics (Body Materials) :

We use a variety of fabrics to tailor each bag to the specific and use of its application.

• Fabric Weights
All of the fabrics are made of woven polypropylene. (Each type is denoted by specific ounces per square yard).
    3.0 oz./sq yd (Light Duty)
    6.5 oz./sq yd (Medium Duty / Durable)
    8.0 oz./sq yd (Heavy Duty / Strong)

• Ultra-Violet Treated
All fabrics are made at the manufacturing facility and ultra-violet treated (3oz. fabric not U.V. treaded). to retain 70% or more of its original strength for up to 1000-1200 hours of sunlight exposure.

• Uncoated Fabric (breathable)
The uncoated fabric is woven in such a manner that maximum strength is achieved. Yet allowing air passage through its weave.

• Coated fabric (non-breathable)
The coated fabric has a minimum of 1 mil. of polypropylene laminated (coated) onto one side of the fabric. This creates a "non-breathable" weave of fabric designed to control air and moisture movement through the fabric.

Our bags are made in a wide range of weight capacities up to 4,000 lbs. Sizes from approximately 8 Cubic feet to 100 cubic feet are available. Capacity varies depending on density and physical properties of product packed.

Truck & Container

35" x 35" - This is the most common length and width because of its intermodal capability. It is used with truck shipments or containerized ocean freight.
Two bags will fit across to maximize load capacity.
This bag also fits on most standard pallets.

Rail Car
29" x 29"- For high density products requiring smaller bags. Often used in rail shipments - 3 across.

41" x 41"- Excellent for rail shipments. Can go two across and two high in rail car. Also, wide bag is advantageous when height restriction is encountered. Especially useful when large volume of material goes in bag. Will not go two across in truck.
